We want to express our gratitude for your invaluable feedback on the previous batches of headphones we sent out 🙏. Your input has been immensely helpful.  Here are some testimonials and posts from users who have received and tried out the Heavys H1H 🎧

2. Next Batch of Headphones Heading out This Week

As part of our gradual release approach, we started with smaller quantities to ensure a smooth process and gather valuable feedback. After successfully delivering the previous batch, we are now scaling up.

In this batch, a total of 5,000 units (!) will be shipped out to over 100 (!!) different countries worldwide. All units have been manufactured, shipped and arrived at the warehouse last week where they are safely stored. These orders are currently being labeled for shipment and will be shipping out this week and the next.

3. Final Batch Update

We are already hard at work on the final batch of headphone pre orders. As mentioned earlier, this batch is more intricate due to the inclusion of all the peripherals, which require extra time and attention. The batch is planned to be shipped out during the latter part of August.

Lastly ⏰, we want to remind you that scheduling orders for each batch is a complex process involving multiple variables. While your order number is a very important factor, it's not the only one. Other aspects, such as the accessories ordered, shipment address and others, also play a role. Please understand that accommodating specific requests to move an order three weeks earlier or later is not always possible. Fulfilling over 10,000 orders the best way possible and providing you with the best product we can is our main goal 🎯.

Dear backers!

As our first backer group started using their newly received phones, feedback is coming in. 

We are literally blown away by what we have been hearing so far.  

It is still early in the product life cycle so we want to keep a conservative approach, gather more feedback and let more time pass but we could not have wished for a better start💥💣

Transparency is key and with that in mind It is important to note: 

Backer feedback: As we have had many people asking for backer feedback,  we will communicate backer feedback from time to time. 

All backer feedback we are sharing is 100% authentic. These are people who have pre-ordered a Heavys product and are have no association to Heavys.  

Artists feedback:  We will also be sharing feedback we receive from artists. We are sending pairs of Heavys to artists , asking them to use the product for a number of days and share their impressions. Though we will usually be the ones initiating the approach the feedback is their own impression of the product and is not associated with us.

Austin seems to enjoy his Heavys and shares that feedback with us. We asked him if he can shoot a short vid so people can get a real feel for his feedback. He was pretty awesome and agreed!  We could not hold back and added a small 'backer feedback' slide at the start of the vid he sent us but this is all Austin.

“I absolutely love and adore these headphones. I wore them for about 5-6 hours straight last night after receiving them, and holy shit man. These are by far the most comfortable and best sounding headphones I've ever had.  The sound clarity is something I've never experienced, I'm hearing things in my favorite songs I've never heard before. Also, super dig the Satan voice, that's a great touch. The care and love of the product is clearly reflected in the quality and craftsmanship. These don't feel cheap whatsoever. Their nice and heavy, but not so much so it hurts after a time, nice solid build.

Once again, I must reiterate just how much I adore these headphones. I have been using a brand for years and their quality has been flagging for quite some time. You have certainly found a loyal customer here. I will be around as long as you guys maintain this level of product and, frankly, customer service. I'm not gonna lie, I was a little star struck when the VP of the company reached out after my email so totally worth the wait! “
