Shipping of the first batch has started 🤘
We are excited to announce that the first batch of Heavys headphones has been shipped today!
We are implementing a gradual release over the course of the next three months and want to share with you why and how this will work:
To ensure every backer receives their headphones and fulfillment is done correctly, we are rolling out gradually. This will allow us to verify that all 'moving parts' are executed properly. Product shipment, storage, packaging, product accessories, and of course product assembly. Our assembly line will also increase its capacity and load gradually.
This is the suggested way to fulfill large product backorders when delivering a new, innovative, and complex product like ours. For perspective, while the assembly of regular headphones requires about 20 people, the assembly of a set of Heavys headphones requires not less than 70.
We understand that waiting for your headphones can be frustrating, especially for customers who made their first-ever KickStarter pledge or pre-order of a headphone product. We promise you this is all done to make sure you receive the product in the best way possible. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this process and will continue to keep you updated on the status of your order.
Please note that there are many factors that influence the exact time of shipping for each batch, such as location, order content, time the order was made, and local laws. Additionally, there may be differences in the shipping time and customs clearance for each order. Once your headphones have been shipped you will receive an email providing you with a tracking number.

Q: When are you expecting all of your 12,000 backorders to be shipped out?
A: Shipping out such a large amount of backorders for a product that was just produced is quite the task. All H1H orders will be shipped out gradually over a period of 3 months.
Q: What is the order of shipments?
A: Shipment order is decided by a mix of considerations like the shipment country, the time the order was made, order type (Headphones only, Shells, Bundle etc..) etc…
When your order is due for shipment, you will receive an email updating you your order is on the way
